1 Introduction

Welcome to acr44. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the acr44 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by acr44 ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and fully accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the acr44 Platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse without registering. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

2 Eligibility

Use of the acr44 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any such person employed by acr44 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of acr44 services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• You may hold only one registered account on the acr44 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of the email address, payment method, or personal details used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You will not register on behalf of, or permit use of your account by, any other person.
• acr44 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

Upon completing registration, acr44 will undertake a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Account functionality may be limited until KYC verification is complete.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your acr44 account credentials, including your username and password. acr44 recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact acr44 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

acr44 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified acr44 of a security breach in a timely manner.

5 Deposits & Payments

acr44 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at acr44's discretion.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply depending on the selected payment method. Current minimums are displayed at the point of deposit.
• acr44 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are credited to your acr44 account balance in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied by acr44.
• acr44 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or in breach of these Terms.

6 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your acr44 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. acr44 may request additional documentation for withdrawals to a different method.
• Withdrawals are processed in BDT. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• acr44 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required security review.
• acr44 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of enhanced due diligence checks, particularly where large or unusual withdrawal patterns are identified.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

acr44 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms, which will be displayed alongside each promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply across all acr44 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. acr44 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• Each promotion is subject to a wagering requirement which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games and betting markets specified in the relevant promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• acr44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or associated winnings where it determines that the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent activity, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of system errors.
• Bonuses that remain unclaimed or unused for more than 30 days from the date of issue may expire and be removed from your account without notice.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the acr44 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted those rules. The following general provisions apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. acr44 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except where required by applicable law or where an error has occurred on the part of acr44.
• In the event of a system malfunction, network failure, or technical error that affects game integrity, acr44 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• acr44 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets, or decline bets at its sole discretion, including for risk management purposes.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet.
• acr44 does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, betting market, or live event. Markets may be suspended or withdrawn without notice.

For cricket betting specifically — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments — acr44 applies standard cricket betting settlement rules. In-play markets are settled based on official match data at the time of suspension or conclusion.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the acr44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game vulnerabilities, or bonus structures for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other conduct that corrupts the integrity of sporting events offered on the Platform.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider without first contacting acr44 support.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means of obscuring your true geographic location where such access would otherwise be restricted.

10 Responsible Gaming

acr44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to protecting the wellbeing of all players on the Platform. We recognise that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and that it can become harmful for some individuals. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within your account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of acr44.
• Game content is licensed to acr44 by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Such content remains the property of the respective providers and is used under licence.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acr44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Interruptions to service caused by network failures, maintenance, or events outside acr44's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors in game software that are attributable to third-party game providers rather than to acr44 directly.

acr44's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your acr44 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Amendments to These Terms

acr44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, acr44 will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: You should first contact acr44 customer support with a clear description of your complaint. Our support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through initial support contact, you may escalate the matter as a formal complaint by emailing our support address with the subject line "Formal Complaint". acr44 will acknowledge your formal complaint within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 30 business days.
• Step 3 — Mediation: Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other legal remedies.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. acr44 operates the Platform in good faith and is committed to treating all player complaints fairly and transparently.
